I use Trello to plan projects, store ideas and save resources. I plan my whole life with it. I love how attractive it is to use. It’s great for creative people who don’t want to just look at boring project management graphs.

It syncs with all your favourite small business tools. I can move emails directly to it for scheduling and save documents and folders so everything is all in one place.

Canva logo

Canva makes graphic design amazingly simple for everyone, by bringing together a drag-and-drop design tool with a library of more than 1 million stock photographs, graphic elements and fonts.

It’s my graphic design tool of choice because it is so easy to use and has thousands of templates. Also, there is a free version that is very robust and is sufficient for creating basic graphics.

You can create everything from a simple image to full books with this tool. You can also post directly to social media from Canva. They are always improving and growing their suite of small business tools .

WordHero is constantly improving the tool and the pricing is extremely reasonable for what is included.

KOHO is a free spending and savings account where you can get instant cashback and earn interest on your entire account. You get a prepaid reloadable Visa that gives you all the spending power of a credit card without any fees or interest.

Treana did all the legwork for the business plan I was putting together. I started going through the process myself, but figured after about 5 headaches in that it would probably be better to hire someone who knew the ins and outs of putting one together. Glad I did! Saved me tons of time and has everything I needed!
